On 16 November, six police were killed in a gun attack on a police mobile by assailants in the Lakki Marwat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The police have said that unidentified men targeted the police van under the jurisdiction of the Dadiwala Police Station when the police were doing their routine patrol checks nearby a fair. The police also mentioned that a search operation has begun to trace the suspected assailants. Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah expressed criticism of the attack.
